THE ACTION OF NITRIC OXIDE IN VIVO ON Na-PUMP ENDOTHELIUM OF RAT’S AORTA

The studing  of the action of nitric oxide to Na-pump endothelium of rat’s aorta in vivo by stimulation of bacterial lipopolisaccharide as well as by the exogenic intraduction of nitroglycerine, was carried out on the rats. It was studied the effects of lipopolisaccharide, L-NAME and nitroglycerine on ensyme’s activity of Na+/K+-ATP in gomogenates of the aorta endothelium. A dose-depending effect of NO on Na-pump both in vivo and in vitro was established. The injection of lipopolisaccharide and farmacological doses of nitroglycerine leads to Na-pump activation. The high doses of donators NO lead to Na+/K+-ATP inhibition. The received results show, that the disturbance of ion homeosthasis of vascular endothelium, inducted by NO hyperproduction is one of the main mechanisms of endothelium disfunctions development and  cardiac-vascular system pathology.
