In conditions of postoperative stress the straight influence of catecholamines on the myocard consists in cardiac hystocyte’s cell membranes destruction. It is the bottom of lowering of myocardial pump function and of disturbance the process of its weakening. The compensatory reactions in patients suffering from arterial hypertension form with particular difficulty. It is one of the causes of myocardial ischemia. The high level of КPК and deviations of diastole indices for right ventricle indicate the probability of acute heart failure.
