The problem of sexually transmitted diseases epidemiology in children and teenagers is considered in the article. The analysis of Ukrainian and foreign literature sources shows that the reason of origin of epidemic are the deep social and economic changes in the countries of the world, application of obsolete methods of conducting patients and their medical treatment, low level of financing and other reasons. The literature data analysis testifies to the necessity of development and introduction of the modern medical programs of medical treatment and prophylaxis of this pathology with the aim of reproductive health care of young people.
