In this work the dynamics of stress hormones in blood and urina was studied on example of 56 patients with co-existing arterial hypertension аfter nephrectomy and pulmonectomy. The results demonstrated the coincidence of two periods: the period of the greatest values of A/NA index in urina and the most expressed period of functional myocardial disturbance after operation. It has the diagnostical importance.
