The optimal parameters of the bioflavanoids inhibitor action on phospholipase A2 (PLA2) from pancreas and bee poison were studied. The influence of bioflavanoids of quercetin, genisteine, genisteine-sophoricoside, silybum. bioflavaniods on PLA2 activity was investigated. The inhibitive activity was revealed to be characteristic most of all to bioflavanoids from sophora and silybum.
