In acute lead intoxication activity of antioxidant system of hepatocytes decreases but phytopreparation from the root of Melilotus officinalis in the dose of 50 mg/kg increases these indices. Effictiveness was higher by 26.4 % on average in comparence with the dose of 25 mg/kg of the weight.
