In this paper problem of differences at the level of biomechanical features of men and women obtained during movement with different types of external strain was taken. The results obtained in research pointed that mechanical work is not able to characterize in full volume the specific influence of the strain type on movement systems. The authors proposed to evaluate different parameters.
