The analysis of the experience on rendering specialized medical service both in elective and urgent forms for remote district in Odessa region was made. The high effectiveness of such a form of consultations concerning newborn diseases diagnosis, women reproductive system pathology as well as consultation of urgent cases caused by acute cardiovascular diseases and polytrauma has been shown.
