The article presents the data on the analysis of literary sources, which highlight the questions of the pre-formed physical factors using in pediatrics considered in the article. Application of electromagnetic waves of millimeter and decimeter range in medical treatment of chronic gastritis and gastroduodenitis in the complex of medical and rehabilitation measures creates the real possibility to influence the disease course and promote efficiency of medical treatment.
