The analysis of engagement of medical staff in the system of health care of the Kazakhstan Republic is presented, and peculiarities on the transition period from governmental domination to market of medical services are discussed. The author comes to conclusion that governmental role is leading in further improvement of the health care system and creation of different forms of property.
