The analysis of effectiveness, including ratio between cost and quality of different forms of telemedical service has been made using published reviews. As a result, the advantages of telemedical technologies have been outlined as well as those nosological forms have been identified, which are charactarized by not obvious effectivenes of telemedical consultations.
