The authors present the pathogenetical ground of possibility of the use of bioactivating of morphofunctional structures of the visual sensory system with the purpose of adequate influence on the processes of neuroimmunomodulation; fundamental conceptual positions as for expedience of application of directed neuroimmunomodulation at clinical practice are expounded.
