The investigation of cytotoxic activity of NK-cells, level of serum IFN and its fractions, that depended on quantity of treatment courses; analysis of immunological data, interferon status and clinical effectiveness of amyxin’s therapy were shown in our work. The efficacy of amyxin in therapy of the patients suffering from chronic hepatitis C increases in prolonged treatment course (6–9 courses).
