The article is dedicated to the 135th anniversary of the birth of an outstanding therapist, a brilliant clinician, who continued the glorious scientific traditions of the Ukrainian medicine S. P. Botkin, G. A. Zakharin, V.P. Obrazov, the founder of a great scientific school, Academician of the Academy of Sciences USSR, Academy of Sciences of the Ukrainian SSR, Academy of Medical Sciences of the USSR Mykola Dmitrovych Strazhesko.
