Using immunosorbent-based hapten, by affinity adsorption chromatography of hyperimmune antitoxic rabbit sera and colostrum 1st milking cows vaccinated with the conjugate enterotoxin Escherichia coli, antitoxins were isolated. Production of antibodies is highly specific, which gives reason to use them in the design of test systems for identification of enterotoxigenic E. coli, while diagnosing colibacteriosis of agricultural animals.
