The article describe cases of recognized clinically and the neurovisually confirmed glioblastoma innidiation to the spinal cord in terms less than one year from the beginning of treatment. The extracranial metastases of multiform glioblastoma are not specific for this nosology. However, lately with development of methods of neurovisualization they are isdiagnosed more frequently. The questions of choice of treatment mode in cases like that, role of radiosurgery or stereotaxic radiation therapy, efficiency of system chemotherapy remain open.
