This study represent the results of examination of hemostasis and prevention of thrombotic complications during the surgical treatment of 114 patients suffering from benign prostatic hyperplasia. It was established the form of hemostasis system response, which determines the nature of postoperative thrombohemorrhagic complications. A set of preventive measures can strengthen their mutual effects to normalize the disturbed mechanisms of hemostasis, reducing the intensity of the intravascular blood microcoagulation and thereby reducing the incidence of complications.
