Results of clinical-laboratory study of 26 women with pulmonary tuberculosis who had therapeutic abortion and miscarriage are presented. Clinical-morphological disorders of placental complex under conditions of tuberculosis are analyzed. It is shown that firstly diagnosed tuberculosis assists in pathological course of pregnancy and leads to threatened abortion and miscarriage causing perinatal losses.
