The aim of the study was to evaluate the clinical efficacy of actovegin in the syntropy of iron deficiency anemia and placental dysfunction. It is shown that in the treatment with the correction of ferrokinetic and metabolic status of the fetoplacental complex causes positive changes in the utero-placental and fetal-placental hemodynamics. We consider the advisability of including intravenous actovegin to the comprehensive treatment of dysfunction of the placenta in pregnant women with iron deficiency anemia.
