The clinical case of cancer of prostate gland, which allows to extend the picture of clinical and roentgenologic picture of year of this localization, is represented in the article. The experience acquired in the process of conduct with the untypical picture of disease will be instrumental in the increase of efficiency of diagnostics and treatment of this illness.
