The aim of the study was to examine the clinical efficacy of the use of metabolic therapy in the complex treatment of preterm birth. It was found that in pregnant women who received omega-3 PUFAs in combination with the complex therapy of the preterm birth, perinatal outcomes turned out to be better compared with patients who did not receive it, because metabolic therapy reduced the frequency of preterm births by 2 times.
