It is presented an overview of the literature, which shortly highlights main trends of the medical use of safe and non-invasive method — transcranial magnetic stimulation. It is indicated that transcranial magnetic stimlation is used in acute stroke and its consequences as a method of treatment, as well as dyscirculatory encephalopathy, migraine, epilepsy, Parkinson disease, Alzheimer disease, lesions of the peripheral nervous system and the noise in the ears.
