Aim of the investigation was to give comparative estimation of the surgical and conservative treatment of women suffered from chronic pelvic pain.
The analysis which was performed revealed that probability of successful rehabilitation after surgical intervention was 0.89, while after conservative treatment it was 0.44. This index worsened after previous failure with the drug-based treatment and after precipitation of perisurgery complications.
The analysis of cases of repeated visiting as well as cases of successful rehabilitation of patients with pelvic pain revealed that in-time surgical treatment was followed with better results when compared with such ones after conservative treatment. The surgical treatment with ultrasound scalpel proved to be more effective when compared with the traditional laparoscopic surgery.
