The key informational and methodic characteristics for correct decisions undertaking in the course of surgical medical service providing are delivered. The periperational risks identification strongly influences the effectiveness of surgical intervention and is necessary for surgical decisions generation. Hence the unificated approach for the risks recalculation, which might be made on the basis of European Countries standards, is extremely important for the effective surgical help deliberation and delivering. The functional duties of surgeon(s), anesthesiologist, nurse(s) as well as opertator of telemedical center are prescribed at different stages of delivering surgical help for patients.
