In a review of the literature there are presented data on the use of simulation methods of training in ophthalmology. The most common is the simulation technique of mastering skills diagnosis of pathological changes in fundus, treatment of cataract, emergency conditions in ophthalmology, vitreoretinal surgery equipment, laser retinopexy, posterior capsulotomy. Application of simulation training in ophthalmology to create conditions for standardized practical skills, reducing term of mastering microsurgical.
