Analysis of the death cases, resulted by medical care defects, was performed in this article. Analysis of amount of so called “doctor’s” cases, which were the reason for the committing the forensic-medical examinations in Odessa regional bureau of forensic-medical examinations for the last five years, was performed. The main doctor’s specialties, the practice of which results the major part of mistakes, were determined.
